Welcome to RoomBook


Please sign in using your Harvard Key. RoomBook is open to FAS faculty, FAS staff, FAS students, HDS staff, and Radcliffe Staff.

If you have an FAS affiliation, but cannot login with your Harvard Key, please contact emsadmin@fas.harvard.edu to troubleshoot access. If you are non-FAS but believe you should have access to FAS room reservations, please email emsadmin@fas.harvard.edu. 

HDS Students: If you are an HDS student or an HDS student organization looking to book space, please complete the Event Request Form for Students.  If you have questions, please contact the Office of Student Life, studentlife@hds.harvard.edu 

Undergraduates: All HCOL students have access to residential space or study space, depending on department and House. Only elected officers of recognized student organizations may reserve other classroom/event space.

Undergraduate Student Organization Officers:  Please log into SoCo and confirm that your organization's officer listing reflects the current leadership.  This will ensure that officers will have the appropriate permissions for your group in RoomBook. If you need to make a reservation for a conference or other large event, and have not already been in touch with the DSO, please email soch@fas.harvard.edu
